Highline Hospital Commission

I just completed this commission for the new wing at Highline Hospital. The opening ceremony for the new ER and patient care was on April 9th. The piece is hung right off of the elevator on the 6th floor, inpatient cancer care unit.

What I'm working on...

Back in October, I moved my studio from 1st and Lander to 85 S. Atlantic. Still in the SODO neighborhood, which is actively growing and becoming more vibrant!

I am in the Pacific Commercial Building, next to the Bemis Building. My building is owned by Sound Produce who occupy the large warehouse in the back. My studio is on S. Atlantic, in the front of the building on the 2nd floor. I have a great, north facing view of downtown Seattle, and west to the soon to be demolished Alaskan viaduct. Also in the building are; photographers Heather Quintans and Jim Fagiolo, and a co-op winery, which includes Sodovino.

It took a while to get moved in, set up and back into a good work flow. I'm finally there, and getting busy!
